Problem Statement

The current online shopping ecosystem is often fragmented, with separate systems for vendors, customers, administrators, and couriers that do not communicate effectively. This disconnection leads to inefficiencies such as delayed order processing, miscommunication, inventory errors, and unreliable delivery tracking. These challenges result in a subpar shopping experience for customers and operational difficulties for vendors, couriers, and administrators. The lack of an integrated solution hinders the potential for a streamlined, efficient, and transparent online shopping and delivery process.

This project aims to develop a unified multi-app system that seamlessly integrates the critical roles of Admin, Vendor, Customer, and Courier into a single, cohesive platform.
